My journey began as a computer engineer with a love for coding and creating automations. After developing web and Android applications, including a digital version of the ancient game of Ur, I discovered my passion for AI – a field that combined my technical skills with opportunities for meaningful impact.
Leadership Evolution
Starting as a junior machine learning engineer, I quickly demonstrated my leadership capabilities. My technical background proved invaluable as I established robust processes and led multicultural teams to deliver successful projects. Under my leadership as Chief Project Officer, these initiatives became the primary revenue source, with consistent year-over-year growth.
Technical Leadership
Beyond project management, I leveraged my coding expertise to build automations and contribute to the development of Omdena’s project platform. This technical foundation has allowed me to effectively bridge the gap between vision and execution, while enabling stakeholders to feel heard and team members to succeed.
